The RKCC Young Professionals (Young Professionals) would like to invite interested people to our final speaking event of 2019. Young Professionals is a section of the RKCC Chamber of Commerce that is open to those aged between 18 and 35 who are business owners, managers/leaders, university students or those who have an interest in business and professional development.

Lisa Kazalac, Principal Consultant – Professional Vogue.
Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit saw her move to Perth in 2012, holding senior leadership roles in Perth’s corporate sector. In 2018, she launched Professional Vogue which aims to make the WA labour market more productive through professional development programs and helping businesses get the most out of their employees.
Lisa is an outcomes focused professional, with a passion for developing our future leaders and those individuals seeking to make an impact in their career, Lisa can often be found coaching or mentoring aspiring professionals. Lisa has a track record in helping others achieve their professional development goals.
The last 15 years has seen Lisa develop and leverage her core skills of communication, stakeholder engagement and research into a lasting public policy and advocacy career, leading projects and campaigns that have influenced decision makers at all levels of government and industry across Victoria and Western Australia.
Lisa has an MBA from the Curtin Graduate School of Business and is the President of the CGSB Alumni Committee. Lisa also sits on the AIM WA network committees. Lisa has a strong sense of community, building lasting business relationships and making an impact on our community and economy.
Join Lisa who will share her experience and insights on building your professional development goals. Bring your curiosity and your questions. We will be serving light refreshment and you will have the opportunity to share and network with the speaker and other young professionals.
Why should you be involved? – As a young employee, business owner, manager or university student you have the opportunity to network with your peers, exchanging ideas and views with other young entrepreneurs, undergraduates and managers from both small and larger organisations and in doing so assist you in developing your organisation and your personal careers.
