Our staff will adhere to and respect the social distancing guidelines, while at the same time undertaking all possible hygiene measures to keep our staff and clients safe. We do ask that if you have a job or quotation scheduled in and you are in isolation, unwell or have recently traveled overseas, please let us know so that we can reschedule for another time (we will also be asking when we receive phone calls). In addition, any of our staff presenting cold or flu-like symptoms will remain off from work until their symptoms clear and/or they are cleared by a doctor. We are monitoring the protocols provided to us by the Department of Health on the cleaning measures required. As we have been inundated with calls, we are advising businesses to conduct an increased frequency of cleaning of frequently touched surfaces and horizontal surfaces on their premises such as, but not limited to:
- Door handles
- Light switches
- Elevator buttons
- Computer keyboards and mice
- And/or any other frequently touched items/surfaces within your working premise
- Carpets should be regularly vacuumed and hard flooring surfaces regularly mopped.
Also, try an open-door policy (keep office doors internally open) within your workplace to limit the touch of doors/door handles. Where possible, try utilizing disposable gloves on common areas that are highly utilized, for example, service station (pumping fuel), keypads at banks ATMs, keypads when paying for items at shops (tap payment where possible) and using shopping trolleys.
